Lesley Cobb achieves highest franchise qualification

Our franchise manager Lesley Cobb has achieved the highest qualification possible in franchising, having been awarded Qualified Franchise Professional status by industry body the British Franchise Association.

Lesley, pictured above centre, becomes one of fewer than 200 people nationwide to be able to add QFP after her name, following a comprehensive training and learning programme. The BFA states that the QFP "demonstrates that you understand the complexities of, and best practice in, franchising and have invested time to continuously develop your understanding".
