Mac Tools franchisees are now back at work and they’re looking forward to the Mac Tools annual Tool Fair. This Tool Fair will be taking place in March and gives franchisees the opportunity to meet both the Head Office team and the rest of their network. One of the major focuses of this event is to reflect on the past year, focusing on the performance of the franchisees and the business overall as well as celebrating the success of the year together. This is a great occasion to introduce any changes and exciting news for 2017, set goals and inspire for the New Year.Tool Fair is an essential part of the training and support on offer to franchisees. It gives the Head Office team a chance to launch new products for the year ahead, provide all the information and knowledge the franchisees need to grow their businesses and continue offering the most innovative and up-to-date products to their customers. Franchisees relish the chance to meet faces both old and new, sharing ideas and also stories from being on the road!

Not only are franchisees provided with business updates, they also find out who the top performers from the previous year were during the evening awards ceremony. Mac Tools acknowledges the hard work of the network, awarding them with various prizes, some of which are trips to the US. The awards are great for providing franchisees with motivation throughout the year and also a little healthy competition to help them push sales all year round.
